Lifeline uses a small number of third party services to work:

• Apple App Store and StoreKit handle the optional Pro purchase.
• Apple Calendar (EventKit) powers the Pro calendar integration. It reads your calendars locally, and only with your permission.
• Segment collects anonymous usage analytics. You can opt out in Preferences > Account.
• ntfy.sh delivers the optional break-reminder notifications to your phone.

None of these receive the content of your sessions or your labels. The only personal detail that may be shared is your email address, and only if you choose to provide it (it is attached to your anonymous analytics profile through Segment).
