If your calendars don't show up under Preferences > Calendars, please first check if you've granted Calendar permissions to Lifeline:

  1. Navigate to the Apple icon on the left top of your screen.
  2. Select System Settings...
  3. Go to Privacy & Security, then select Calendars.
  4. Check if Lifeline is listed and checked (as per the below screenshot).
  5. If it isn’t, turn on the toggle next to Lifeline.

Still not seeing your calendars, or is Lifeline not listed in the menu above? Try a manual command for removing apps from your System Preferences calendar accessibility. Follow these steps:

  1. Quit Lifeline.
  2. Open the Terminal app.
  3. Copy and paste the following command into the Terminal prompt: tccutil reset Calendar com.saent.lifeline
  4. Hit return.
  5. Launch Lifeline again.
  6. In Lifeline, go to System Settings > Privacy & Security > Calendars.
  7. Wait for the system prompt to grant Calendar access. If you don't see it after a few seconds, check if you can find the prompt behind Lifeline's Preferences window.

If the Calendars overview still doesn't include Lifeline, please get in touch with Saent support to resolve this for you.
