To uninstall Lifeline, head over to the Applications folder of your Mac. Search for the app named "Lifeline" there and drag the icon to your trash folder.
You might not be able to do this when Lifeline is currently running. In that case, first close Lifeline by left-clicking the Lifeline icon in the taskbar menu. Select "Quit," then try again to drag the Lifeline app icon to the trash from your Applications folder.
